- Visa will be only applied after payment is received in our account
- Refund isn’t available if visa is rejected or delayed for any matters
- Price excludes extension fee
- E- visa doesn’t guarantee that you can enter the country

- Extension should be processed 14 days before your visa expires
- Overstay fine is IDR 1,000,000/day. We won’t be responsible for overstay if passport is with you
