- Selling goods/services or earning income in Indonesia
- Working for any individual or corporation in Indonesia.
- Performing art or behavior that violates regulations or norms
- Photo of passport (+6 months minimum validity)
- Address in Bali

- Bank statement of USD 2,000 (if any)
- Guarantee letter from the event organizer and the performer’s cooperation contract with the event organizer.
