PMA REGISTRATION

PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) in Indonesia refers to Foreign Invesment Company where foreign entities invest in Indonesian businesses. This can involve establishing or expanding companies, buying shares, or providing capital. PMA is regulated by the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), with certain sectors having restrictions on foreign ownership.

The minimum capital for PMA is IDR 10 billion and if you wish to apply for an investor kitas, you need to have investment of the IDR 10 billion in the company.

  • IDR 16,000,000 for 1 Company (includes 2 permit for low risk business)
  • IDR 1,000,000 for extra business permit (KBLI low risk)
  • Akta Perusahaan (Company Establishment Deed)
  • SK Kumham (Ministry Approval)
  • NIB (Business Registration Number, commonly known as PMA license/permit; can be updated as needed)
  • NPWP (Company Tax ID)
  • Detail Perseroan (Company Details)
  • OSS Account (Synchronizes company info, progress, and permits)
  • Izin Lokasi/PKKPR (Location permit from OSS, possible local fees)
  • Izin Lingkungan (Environmental Permit, varying by business risk level)
  • Company name (3 words minimum)
  • Office address (verify on government site) and lease agreement
  • Director and Commissar: Passport, KTP (for locals), NPWP
  • Local phone number for the company
  • Email and contact details for all involved
  • Email and password for company setup
  • PMA setup typically takes 2-3 weeks (excluding holidays/weekends).
  • Clients must submit quarterly reports (LKPM), tax, and BPJS reports. Future regulatory changes may apply.

  • Timelines are approximate and can vary.
  • Clients must provide complete information for processing.
  • Visa by Bahalap Uras is not responsible for government regulation changes or force majeure events.
  • Post-Company issued, changes to company or personal details are the client’s responsibility.
  • Documents are provided after full payment. Incorrect information or failure to follow instructions may result in immigration issues, for which Visa by Bahalap Uras is not responsible.
  • Any expedited services or additional approvals incur extra charges.
  • Pricing excludes SKTT or local ID for Kitas holders.
  • No refunds after Kitas processing starts.
  • No refunds or cancellations after payment, even due to force majeure
